Empty is best, because we can clean inside every cabinet and closet and reach every floor. If some furniture is still there, let us know and we’ll plan around it.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
We can’t speak for your landlord, but a thorough move-out clean covers the areas most walkthroughs check. Share their checklist and we’ll work from it.
When should I schedule a move-out cleaning?
After the movers leave and before your final walkthrough or closing. Reach out as soon as you know your dates.
Can you help us unpack after we move in?
Yes. We offer home organizing, including unpacking and setting up kitchens, pantries and closets. Many clients book the move-in clean and unpacking together.
Do you clean for landlords and property managers?
